Unjust behavior

I phoned this Installer as I recently moved to Alberton to connect my DSTV because all was in shambles. He then charged me accordingly that I paid through my App. The snag was on the 25th of October 2020 whilst I was doing my monthly payments to my accounts. Since this George person was still under my beneficiaries I mistakenly paid him R500 thinking that I was paying towards a friend of mine. Days later my friend denied having received the money,that I had to re-check my payments. I then realised I had paid the wrong person. Fortunately I still had his name and number . I called him and explained the mistake I made. He promised to look into the matter and was going to get back to me. Up until now he hasn't. I leave from hand to mouth, let me not be punished for my stupid mistake
