DSTV bad service-Installer

Hi! I recently moved to a new property and my parents are staying with us at the home. They have the new DSTV Go decoder and we ask Multichoice to install the Arial on the roof as i don't have the time to do it. I requested an installer to assist but he never came out to do it. I requested a second time for someone to come out and he also never came and for the third time i ask if they could sent someone and the third promised come to nothing. I am very disappointing in DSTV/Mulktichoice as i thought they will go out of their way for a subscriber.
