After service is pathetic and the attitude of the staff

They installed my damaged satellite dish on the 28-09-17 and after that I have been into their store every week, and their attitudes is as if they are doing me a favor. My dstv has not been working since Sunday and they keep telling me someone is coming but no one has attended to my situation. You try and call them but the land-line on their stamp doesn't exist. And then people wonder sometimes why we don't support black businesses - disgusting service really!!
