Unprofessional and poor service

Please don't call this installer, he doesn't honour his promises. His team came to fix my DSTV , a few weeks later the same issue that they "fixed" came back again, which clearly means they didn't fix it correctly. I called Rudy to inform him of the issue, where he confirmed he'll send the guys again but they never showed up , at some point he even stopped returning my calls and messages. So unprofessional!
