*********** Staff/Empty Promises

Four days ago I wrote about the poor service of Dstv especially from the DPP department, I was called the next morning and promised that the issue regarding my account will be investigated and resolved by a friendly consultant called Sydwell. Guess what happened after that call, my services has been suspended once again!!! That proofs without doubt we are dealing with a company that does not care at all, especially from the management side. THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT!!!!
