DSTV Decoder HD 5 Days ago but still not installed

I bought DSTV Decoder HD with installation in Botshabelo I was then given numbers and voucher to call and arrange the installation. The number given is ********** I have been trying to call the number since Friday not less than 20times a day but the phone just ringing no voice mail nothing, I then tried to google accredited installer around Botshabelo, phones are off.as customer I feel that is not my responsibility to arrange for installation .DTSV must be aware not all their clients have access to Telephones. Each time I Look at the box of Decoder my heart bleed because it is currently useless to me can someone advise what other steps can I take?
