Still no response?!?!?!

Pretty fed up now. A week ago, I app**** for the DSTV Pricelock. After being approved, I have been trying NON STOP to confirm a delivery date, and no one at DSTV seems to know what the hell is going on? Everyone seems to be "escalating" the problem, but not once has anyone from management contacted me regarding fixing this issue?! They keep giving me email addresses to contact or the call centre number, and no one gets back to me. What the F is going on with the service at Multichoice?! Is there even any management?!?!?!?!
