Non existing Customer Service

Forced to give a star. We have lost out on the Black Friday deal beacuse of no customer service. Almost black Friday again and still waiting for a call. Ive phoned in 3 times spoke to 4/3 diff managers to no avail. And we tried again to get response on the Price Lock still waiting. ***...do you not need the sales? Dstv is going from bad to worst and with so much competition I WOULD think you will jump for business
