I recently bought a Dstv exploration from house and home , they gave us a guys number to install it , the Dstv came with a voucher , the guy came just connected the white card then said we don't have av cables which we must buy , he took the voucher and said we must phone him once we have it , its been over a month trying to phone him but he does not pick up or when he does he gives some stupid excuse , I phoned multi choice as we have already paid our account but we not connected , all they could say is they will discontinue our account until we get an installer , how sad , this ********* installer is Vincent ********** 507
