DStv CAN'T keep to their contract

Good day

I've lodge a complaint on December about the DStv Black Friday price lock of R799. Noe I again have the same problem! Friday I received again a sms stating that I need to Pay R869.48. WHY!!!!!!!~

I'm suppose to be on the Black Friday Prise lock for 1 year on R799.00 pm!!!!

When I call the call center today. They advice that my premium is R849. But the SMS stated that DStv want to deduct R869!

Explane to me the logic!!!! If you can't keep to advertised products you can come and collect the DECODER and stop my subscription.

THIS IS Ridiculous!!!
