Dstv Installer

I had a problem with my LNB cable that needed to be replaced. I called DSTV installer by the name of Goddy who said he works in Johannesburg and Pretoria. He supposedly replaced the cable and charged an exorbitant amount. A week later my dstv stopped playing. I was advised by MultiChoice to recall the installer and no additional charge should be given by installer. He has been promising to come for a week, had to call a new installer only to find he did shady work. Poor service would not recommended them to anyone.
