Review of 21/11/2017 - Phoned them wrt a broken 50 inch TV. They were very helpful with quick responses. Within ± a week, the TV was collected, fixed, brought back and i paid over R 2000. A few months later i contacted them as the TV broke again. They rep**** instantly, but when they heard it was the same TV that they originally fixed, they simply just ignored me. Any reply whether it was an excuse, apology, etc would be fine. (I don't expect my money back) But the fact they just simply ignoring me really ****ED me off!!!!

19/01/2018 - Just an update.... LG services fixed the TV this morning and I paid R2 900 in total (3 months guarantee). I don't know much about these things, but apparently Digitalsattvs made new holes inside the tv to fit "their parts" in. Please people DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!

If you only do satellite installations why the hell did you attempt to fix it!!!!!
