DSTV is on the way out

I had an issue with my DSTV decoder saying i need to upgrade software. I selected update and it didn’t work. Then I called in to the call centre and they said I need to format hard drive and then that broke the decoder. I went all the way to multichoice , replaced the decoder snd it worked fine except the catch-up never worked. I called and was told to give it 48 hours... fair enough which I did. I then called again now after 8 days of no catch - up but everything else working fine and was told... u guessed it... to format the hard drive ... and now nothing works again. So I need to drive another 30kms to multichoice. So DSTV please cancel my membership or get someone here tomorrow to fix it
