Dstv bad service and bad respond from co consultants

Very bad service i made a payment on the 27 february and i am still not connected the only thing i get is different messages saying that i owe them and i have been sending proof of payment almost every day my account number is ***0 i paid but i am not getting any service for the whole month . This is useless and bad service even the consultant give you useless information and promising lies that it should be be fixed within 24 hours
