Called out DSTV and Security for an issue on our DStv decoder. We couldn't view catch up list, box office or access anything on our hard drive. We also got the error message "hard drive full". Technician came out, replaced all kinds of parts. Cost us R6000 +. We noticed after replacing all the parts, our decoder primary decoder keeps rebooting. The other decoder in second house keeps switching off. We contacted them regarding the issue and I was told it's a hard drive issue they can't do anything about it. I would need to replace the decoder. So I said I paid R6000 for parts that wasn't going to solve the issue in the first place. The didn't respond after that. Clearly I was also ****med.
