Be Aware

DSTV AND SECURITY is a company that installs DSTV and has technicians that will "fix" issues with your signal, etc. We had an issue at home and I contacted DSTV AND SECURITY to send out technicians to help solve the problem. Foolishly, I paid them before checking properly about the work done. Unfortunately, they ****med us by claiming they had to replace some splitters, etc and when asked to show us what they had done, they couldn't show us the "new" equipment. I was charged for fabricated work and caught them out. I received a refund, but I think this was not the first time they have taken chances with customers and I just want to warn anybody doing business with them to first check everything and ask for the "older" equipment that they replace and to see the new equipment before any payment is made. Please be aware.
