This message serves to inform you that I have been very disappointed at the fact that your company sold me vehicle which you informed me was roadworthy in all respects, a fact I have discovered is not correct.

I wish remind you that I have approached your company complaining about a consistent engine light. Even when the vehicle was left with your garage, this engine light problem was never resolved.

Due to this frustration, I decided to book the vehicle in for service with the VW dealership on the 19/07/2022 And the dealership is reluctant to service the vehicle lest their reputation be at stake. It is very shocking to learn that the kilometres reflecting the distance travelled in the life of the vihicle was a misrepresentation.

You will be aware that the kilometres clocked have financial implications when the vehicle is sold. Based on this assumption, this misrepresentation led to the financial institution to finance the deal under the pretext that what you offer me was genuine at the time.

Now that I am aware of this misrepresentation, I want to bring the following to your attention:

1). You sold me a vehicle that was not in a state that you allegedly purported thus risking my life and that of my family. 2). You represented false information to my bank in order for them to procure the vehicle on my behalf. 3). Even after I had reported the engine light problem, you failed to resolve it and made no effort to investigate with VW dealership, instead you continued to promise me that it will dissapear.

I have also contacted your garage on this matter and you demanded evidential documents from the VW dealership. Since then, you have not approached me with answers.

Should we be unable to resolve this problem, or do something about it, I will prefer this irregularity to relevant authorities including the bank itself as there might be deliberate ********** conduct on your part when the bank and myself were misled, The branch Manager promised to call me till today he never call and now he doesn't take my calls.
