Dstilez Auto Not Adhering to Payment Time Frame

This business sells your car, gets paid for your vehicle and then do not pay you within the specified time frame of 14 days as stipulated in the contract. It has now been 3 weeks since payment was received by Dstilez for the vehicle and to date only promises of payment by both the owner and administrator to myself. No legitimate reason can be provided as to the delay in payment. It has been weeks of daily follow up, messages, and calls to the owner. I have been more than accommodating and now have to resort to appointing an attorney to proceed with legal action against the business. This will be the first and last time I will approach this business to sell a vehicle. BE WARNED!
