Dstilez Auto do not adhere to payment time frames

<div>This business sells your car, gets paid for your vehicle and then do not pay you within the specified time frame of 14 days as stipulated in the contract. I trusted this business to sell my car which was on consignment. I was dealing with a Mr ***** who was facilitating the sale of the vehicle. After weeks of daily follow up, emails, and calls to the company representative, I started receiving partial payments on the 19th of January following the sale of my vehicle on the 21st of December. There was no agreement for a payment plan, I was to be paid out in full within 14 days of the sale according to the consignment contract. I only received my full payment 6 and half weeks after the sale was concluded on 21 Dec 2023. The final payment was only honoured after appointing an attorney and highlighting this conduct on social media. The business’s representative also threatened to withhold further payment until social media posts were removed. I agreed to update the review after payment was made and reflecting in my back account - This is the updated review reflecting my experience with this business.</div>
