Uninformed & Poor quality of workmanship

DSO Staal & Bou provided a quotation to us for the building and repainting of current palisade fence. The quotation included the sanding down of the palisade fence.<br> <br> Danie's company had no supervision on site and a project that he commited to be finished in two weeks was then well over three weeks because his labourers took extended lunch hours and left early - during this time exposing our whole premises without any safeguard.<br> <br> During this time our irrigation system was damaged and as wel as an exterior tap (which was claimed to be rust, however the plumber's report stated it was damaged by external forces)<br> <br> With the first inspection at night the following became apparent:<br> 1.) The paint used was not used as per supplier's specification (inadequate DFT).<br> 2.) Overspray on almost ALL the palisade fencing that looks unprofessional.<br> 3.) Paint already started cracking the same day it was app****.<br> <br> When questioned about these concerns we have, he immediately said his contract was with the owner and not with the people that noticed these 'defects'. <br> <br> I suggest anybody thinking of using this supplier to be wary of the quality of service they provide.
