Supppliers of damaged goods,Bad attitude

I bought a bunch of stuff from the above mentioned superette including a Cream Soda cooldrink. I got into my car and placed the goods on the seat next to me. Upon arriving home,I noticed that the cooldrink had leaked and messed my car. I looked closely at the bottle to find a leaking point of about 1cm long. I'm no Sherlock Holmes but I feel that it's consistent with that of a knife.<br> <br> Keeping cool,I went back to the shop and explained to them the problem and that I wanna exchange it. He refused and accused me of having dropped it. The discussion went on for a while. I realized that there's no point in arguing so I expressed my disappointment by telling him he can keep his defective stock and I won't return to his store for that!
