FXXKING DSL CONSUMABLES!!!!!!

This company called me many times, saying that because I took part in the survey they will be sending me a gift card and a sample of their products. The more I insisted that I am not interested, the more they insisted its free samples and a gift card. Anyway, long story short they sent me a "gift card" that is invalid and 10x 5l of products with an invoice of R5 000!!!! None of which I ordered as I made it clear I'm not interested! Now they have a very rude and arrogant white lady whos name is "JACKIE FROM DSL CONSUMABLES" call me every second day demanding payment for products that I have not ordered! They won't even let me talk. "Calling with regards to an unpaid invoice, why haven't you paid it" and the minute you try talk they cut you off "if needs to paid now". I've had enough now!
