DSL Consumables - VULTURES

So these people phoned the wrong person firstly and thanked me for an order i never placed then the lady said "ag seeing that I'm on the line with you the gift can go to you" so she said there is a card with voucher coming my way and while we are talking they are running a special on a all purpose cleaning product, safe to use around kids bla bla bla for R16something or R19something i cant even remember per liter, so the health cautions mother I am said sure send me the product... THINKING IT IS A 1 LITER... this parcel then gets delivered on the other side of my office with my maintenance team working on the road and when my ops manager delivers the parcel its a box with an invoice of R1 253.50 with 10 liters of product.... Yes i know 10 liters of product for R1k seems like nothing but HOLY ****... I mean seriously....

I then open the box and obviously the invoice to contact these people and asked for the voice recording and it is clear that obviously there is no focus from my side when the order was confirmed.

i think that these people are vultures and hope there busy closes
