DSL Consumables ****

Our company was called from a call centre , the person was pushing and pushing his product that I did not want, I kept telling him I wash the floors with Sunlight liquid and he said I must try it. Then we had a second call, a lady confirming our street address and the next thing we had a 5 litre bottle arrive via courier, he did not request proof of delivery or any signatures from us, he also refused to take the bottle, that we did not want with him. Then we got the calls and the demand for payment, then the final demand, I only manage the shops and is not the owner so I ended up paying for a reduced amount of R500.00 even though the Final demand showed I owe them R1070.76. That was April, Friday 22 October a box arrived via courier, we recieve deliveries all the time because we are a retail shop. When we opened the box it was 2 x 5 liter bottles of the same stuff, no invoice. I phoned and told them I did not order this, I dont want it, they must collect it, they say it was part of my initial order. The police says there is no crime committed and I must just mail it back. There is no tax invoice, so I can not see any vat number, I can not even notify SARS and have them investigated.

This time I am not going to pay.

The dont have proof of payment.
