DSI Security team professional and respectful
#BlackFriday Hi Peter, I recently visited Dis-Chem at Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark after my wife noticed that an item she had purchased was missing from her shopping bag. I went to the store with the understanding that the item might not have been placed in the bag after being scanned at the till. When I asked for assistance, everyone at Dis-Chem was eager to help resolve the matter. They involved their security company, DSI Security Services, to review the camera footage. DSI Security handled the issue very professionally, and the feedback I received was clear and accurate. Although I was a bit persistent at first, the DSI Security team went above and beyond to demonstrate the facts and ensure full transparency. I truly appreciate the professional and respectful manner in which they treated me throughout the process.
