DSI Aluminium amateur.

DSI Aluminium is disappointing. Aluminium frame panels does not sit flush, silicon used in window frame and at joints of panels is smeared on and unneat. Stacker door aluminium frame and glass are scratched. Cement used to fill gaps left by old windows are smeared over the frames and left to dry. Removal causes scratching of frames. Cement left in grooves and hinges of windows. Cement pushed through from outside to inside and left a mess. We did query and large gaps were filled, some cement was removed from frames which left scratches aswell. Solution to scratched frames are they will patch it with paint.

On completion, some scratched panels were replaced and the rest patched with paint. Stacker door lock gave issues, was adjusted. Month or 2 later the lock giving the same issues, no feedback or reply from the company or owner.
