Ran off with my laptop

I am not petty but hell, there are people out there that make it their mission to turn the nicest people into the devil himself.

At first i was really impressed with the service that your partner Desmond gave to my husband when he had issues with his laptop. Hence i also decided to let him service my laptop. Its been 2 months now and i am still waiting for my laptop...

I cannot even begin to explain the hell he put me through.

He does not even bother to provide feedback...if i don't ask he just keeps quite. Yet every time when i follow up on the progress he tells me every story under the sun. Each week is a different story, week in and week out!

3 weeks ago he said my laptop will be ready on FRIDAY 31 March 2017 ...now Friday has become weekend and i'm sure weekend will become during the week and so on.

Give Des a Bells!!!
I never expected so much courage, kindness and high level of professionalism from Des, especially after our bad ordeal. I have the utmost respect for someone who is willing to admit when something went wrong, sit with a customer and discuss a way forward. Thank you for having the courage to communicate openly and honestly with me. I am happy to state that myself and Desmond have been talking and the matter will be resolved in 2 weeks. I also receive daily updates. He explained to me why there was a delay which I now understand. It was a rather frustrating time for me but I am now glad that everything will be sorted out in the end.
After the great service, he gave fixing my husband’s laptop, I should have known that he would never run off with my laptop.
BIG lessons learnt...
Des two things to remember in the future… (1) Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning and (2) Never overpromise…EVER!
Wishing your business, a bright future moving forward.
