<p>I paid for a cell phone which was agreed to be delivered in two days. Now over a month later, Des ignores my communications. He promised to pay me and send POP. I drove to Ridgeway to see him and his shop does not exist. Do not do any business with him. I will now instruct debt collections to get involved to get my refund. Absolute waste of time and money.</p>
