Dangerously bad construction work

Danie gives you a really good price quote up front and then as the project progresses suddenly nothing is included and costs extra. He said my construction work would take 2 to 3 months, it took a year! As we eventually got to the end, the painting, tiling and electricity points and lights were suddenly all extra (clearly included in the original agreement). When they left we discovered he had installed plastic pipes for hot water(which subsequently leaked), when we installed think pink, because the roof trusses were badly installed and insufficiently reinforced, the ceilings collapsed. He put live uninsulated wiring next to water pipes. There was no silicone on some of the windows, and no waterproofing on the new walls, so we now have damp issues and cracking walls 18 months post him finishing. We also found out the gas had been installed incorrectly and that the wiring he did was improperly done. The water was installed without meeting proper requirements, so the upstairs water pressure is non existent. He installed doors next to each other that were at different heights that he refused to fix without additional payment. Tiles fell off the walls 6 months after he installed them. Use DSCE at your own risk knowing whatever the quote is it will cost at least 4 times that in the end and take 5 times longer than promised and you’ll likely have to get real professionals to fix the mess they create with their shoddy workmanship! He then adds insult to injury by quoting the work he did at my house in his testimonials online with my home address without my permission.
