Disgusting behavior
On the 25th of March 2026 at a hotel pickup point, a driver from this company crashed into my car. What happened next was even worse. There was no apology. The staff were disrespectful and unprofessional from the start. I’ve been trying to get them to take responsibility and pay for the damages, but all I get is excuses and being sent in circles. The so-called manager, James, did nothing to help and showed zero accountability. But that's I've already fixed my car
