Thank you but crucial injuries are over looked even at the hospital it wasn't checked

When I was first approached in hospital after I had just woken up by this random guy telling me hey you can claim for this accident from the road accident fund. I was a pillion on a motorcycle going up a road with no stops a women whom was drunk pulled in front of us and hit us anyway. It's taken literally 11 years to get a settled done now keep in mind DSC was then Alen Jones and associates. I must say I am very happy with the services I received just one thing other than the time it took to reach a settlement,thing is I got a settlement for the injuries to my leg amazing yes I'm happy with that part but what about my back which is the majour injury the fact that I have 4 exploded disks I have spinal fluid leakage my spinal cord and nerve are pinched result being I'm going to be paralyzed this coming from there own professional who evaluated me had me crying my eyes out being the first to tell me that I am actually not going to be able to aalk for much longer. As I said I'm happy that I for something for my leg but my back is the one who's shortened my life entirely. My back was never checked only once and that was by the paramedic he asked me to pull my bum cheeks this is done as a on the fly spot check to look for spinal injuries once at hospital I never have my back examined and I cannot understand why.
