False advertising

If there was an option for zero stars, I would choose it. They are pathetic. My daughter was put into a coma by Louis Leipoldt Hospital, Dr Boer, because of horrific negligence. He was protected by Theresa Wilson and the HPCSA. My daughter passed away after a few months. Dr Boer and Theresa Wilson claims that my daughter was admitted with pneumonia, although I have blood tests and x-rays with a report stating that my daughter did not have pneumonia when she was admitted. DSC law explained to me in so many words that because my daughter is disabled and did not have dependents or loss of income, which means we will not be able to claim a lot of money, they will not be interested in taking this case as they take a percentage of the money. They also tried to convince me that I dont have a very strong case. How stronger can it get if you have the hospital's own tests that they done on the day of admission, stating that my daughter did not have pneumonia. DSC law is pathetic. They dont give a damn about what happened to you, for them its all about the money, so those nice words on their website, are brutal lies, false advertising.

 Dear Ms Szebelledi  Your review on Hello Peter dated 14 February 2025 has been noted.  Our decision to decline assistance to institute legal proceedings against the named persons and institution mentioned in your complaint was based on sound legal knowledge of the law and an assessment of the facts of the matter. On assessment of the records, you were advised of the outcome and counselled on the associated risks of litigation for financial compensation in the circumstances. You were also advised that given your complaints, a referral to the HPCSA for investigation into your allegations of professional misconduct in the treatment of your late daughter may bring some clarity and understanding surrounding her passing. The HPCSA  in November 2023, and on consideration of the records,  did not find the practitioner guilty of misconduct. The reasons for the findings were communicated to you. We again consulted with you after the receipt of the findings in May 2024 and reiterated our concerns and the reasons we have declined assistance. Your dissatisfaction with our decision prompted your unfortunate and ungrounded review on this platform.  We empathise with you on the loss of your daughter, and hope that you may find peace with the outcomes, alternatively, as advised, you may seek alternative legal representation within the prescriptive timelines.
