Bad service

Good day I bought a decoder at Pep in Diepsloot on the 02/11/2018 then I was referees to a DS TV outlet for installation and activation, but till today the installation was not done. I’ve been to their outlet to ask what’s happening they kept on telling me that they will install it. Bad service I’ve received I regret going there.
