Renovator & plumber - Not recommended

I had a very poor experience with DT’s Renovations - Deon. Kuils River area

The job took less than 10 minutes, yet I was charged an excessive amount. In addition, broken pipes and faulty pieces were installed. He told my husband he must go and exchange the broken items himself. He sent the slip via Whatsapp, materials that were installed cost less than R300 but he charged us almost R2000 for poor service & a 10 minute job.

When these issues were brought to his attention, there was a complete lack of accountability or willingness to correct the problem. His words were he “is on holiday now” but the problems were communicated the same day the job was done.

This shows a lack of honesty and workmanship. I regret using this service (Deon) and would advise others to be cautious when making use of his services.

No refund. No attempt to resolve the problem was offered.

100/10 would not recommend.
