Guitar bag defect

We bought a Ritter guitar bag for my daughter's birthday at D&S Music Richards Bay (18/09/2018). There was only one type and it was recommended as standard for all guitars. We did show which guitar we have to the salesman. We realized after a while that the "head" of the guitar bag was to small - according to me a manufacturing defect. When we took the guitar out of the bag, the inside of the head was torn quite bad by the tuning keys. We went with our slip to request exchange. The two sales guys were not helpful at all. The one guy took a couple of photos after I persisted that the bags measurements were not correct. He took my number and said he would get back to me. I told him that taking photos is not going to help. He has to measure the bag and see that it is too small for the head. He just said quite unfriendly, they will call back. This is now 4 months since purchase and we wanted to allow sufficient time for response due to the Festive Season. No response has been received to date.
