STAY FAR AWAY / HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL

Last year I have listed my property for sale with them. From day 1 received very unprofessional service from their Three Rivers Agency branch. I have tolerated the service because there was at that point already a signed offer. After a few months got the cold shoulder from the agent telling me she has resigned because of some internal conflict with her and the principal Magda Engelbrecht.

After several messages and calls to the agent trying to sort out issues with buyer I just gave up. Could not deal with the rude agent any longer. I eventually ended up calling their office and insisting to speak to to principal. Left a message with the PA explaining my horror story and the bad mouthing from the agent towards the principal Magda Engelbrecht etc.

Madga Engelbrecht Attorney and Principal called me back and I explained how unpleasant it has been from day 1 dealing with her company.

She apologised, and said she will deal with the file herself moving forward.

We kept in touch and I tought what a nice lady to deal with. BUT WAS I WRONG!.

The day my commission to them was paid over from the transferring attorneys all form of communication seized.

First it was lack of feedback from them on the occupational rent. In a nutshell, It was dark and then there was light and again there was dark.

Now 2 months later the buyer still has not open his Municipal account and I don't have any contact info so that I can get this problem solved.

Been struggling for the past 2 days messaging the Principal/Attorneys Magda Engelbrecht.

Not reading my messages not even making any effort from her side asking her PA to assist.

PUBLIC be warned, save yourself lots of missary. Just don't deal with them. They are UNPROFESSIONAL from agent right through to the Principal/Attorney!

They have ZERO ETHICS!
