Failure of poor workmanship and warranty promise

I recently purchased a property with no knowledge of the existing water damage. The selected waterproofing contractors, Drycote cc, did not comply with their 5 year warranty. Claiming at that time to be going out of business, I recently discovered that Drycote is still actually in business, as per my phone call made on 9Sept2015-offering quotes and work, under false workmanship commitments, promising waterproofing workmanship which is FALSE! I have documentation proving the job was ill-treated and managed, done incorrectly from a building perspective (poor levelling as per a recent compiled report) as well as imagery and water meter readings that the job was poorly managed and could not deliver on the warranty, claiming they did not have sufficient men to complete the job and to be closing their business.<br> Drycote is still in business, making promises they will not deliver on if given the chance to prove themselves -everyone beware. Giving you, the client, a refund on your warranty cost is a better option for them, than to deliver on their poor job skills.
