Great company, awesome customer service
I couldn't be more impressed with this company! From start to finish, they went completely above and beyond the scope of what was expected. After dealing with a stressful flooding situation in my ba*****t, their team came in and not only cleaned everything up thoroughly, but also left dry-snakes behind to soak up any remaining moisture, a thoughtful touch that showed real professionalism and care. A special shoutout to Marcel, who was an absolute standout. He approached the whole situation with genuine compassion and understanding, which made a world of difference during what was a really difficult time. It's rare to find someone in this line of work who truly connects with customers on a human level, and Marcel did exactly that. Dry force is simply a great company with great staff, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service. If the rest of their team is anything like Marcel, you're in excellent hands. Five stars without hesitation!
