Bad Service

My son took his jacket on the 1st April yesterday when he went to fetch it it has a bleach stain and they told him when he asked it came with the stain, i have pics on my phone the jacket never had any stain as its still new and i still have the receipts,its the 1st time we took it to the dry cleaner,i did try to call this morning the line doesn't go through and ive sent 2 emails as well.
