Ruined Holiday

<p>on the 29th of october my father visisted booking .com with the aim to find a suitable holdiday destination for us,we came across dromond holiday house next to the beach we made reservation for 7 people which come out to R30000.00 in november 2016 we paid the money to secure the reevation at the abovementioned we the left johannesburg for capetown on the 31st of December 2016 arriing in cape town on the 01st our booking was from the 2nd to the 11th of Decenber 2016 to our surprise we received a call from Zonke Mbindela the owner of (drummondworld house) at about 19:45 informing us thaty she will no loner accomodate my family anymore unapologetic with no remorse she simply siad she will refund the money which took 3 days to reflect we left standed in capetown incurring unnecessary cost due to the inconvenienced casused on her diclaimer she stipulates that 70% will me charged for all cancellations.and furthermore 100% will be charged if cancelled of or before the 7 days. i read rewies this is how she conducts her business. we want to be compesanted for the iconvenience,pain and suffering + dissapointments.</p>
