Unproffesional

I am utterly dissapointed in the extreme unproffessionalism displayed by DRUM's facebook page. I entered the competition for the Tevin Campbell concert tickets and received a message via facebook messenger that I have won 2 tickets. Made the necessary transport arrangements etc.. even flights to JHB just to attend. This morning - the day of the concert I received another message via FB messenger saying that sponsor has now withdrawn tickets... What am I supposed to do now? So now I am being ignored on their facebook page and havent received any responses explaining why. Really disgusted and dissapointed.
