Failing Debt Review

<p>Three years ago I contacted DRS ( debt review services) to assist in managing my debt. They took my money for 8months and did not pay any of my creditors stating that they are busy with restructuring. After numerous complaints I learn the the councler managing my case has left the company and did not finalized my account. They could not supply me with information on where my money went but they finally started paying my accounts. After even more struggle I finally got the structuring of my debt and account balances. I had to follow up constantly to remind them when accounts came up for finalizing. One month I forgot and they paid a account that was paid in full telling me that they cannot get the R1000 back they paid in error. Since then I have not been able to reach them. No email correspondence are rep**** on and their phone lines do not work. I do not know how to reach these people that take more than half my Salary each month with a R500 administration fee they take to do nothing. I am fed up with this company </p>
