They have no manners, no ethics, no administration skills. They got approval for an MRI on my knee. I paid a co-payment. After the MRI, they said I needed an X-ray, not covered because it wasnt approved up front. They want me to pay that. So their lack of planning causes me problems. They keep sending my bill to my wife, and her colleague. Imagine a 3rd person bringing byou an overdue account. I have sent emails, no responses, didnt change my contact details. The problem is that they are liek Eskom,they have a Monopoly. The Dr sends us to them, we have no choices.
