they dont do their job properly , useless
I just received a mail from GROENEWALD LUBBE ATTORNEYS , my son was born in august the 2013 , so this good for nothing doctors did an RMI on my son and now they say that the medical aid didn't pay them they run out of funds , my question is that they never sent me post , they never called me so why did they wait till 2015 to inquire , what happened from the 2013 and 2014 , so they hand over that account to their lawyers without my consent and I wonder why did they send my child to that hospital to this useless <br> <br> Who did they call , if they copuld have called me like other civilised doctors and told me that the doctors didn't pay , I was going to make arrangement and pay that , but my question is that why wait till the third year and do they think that consumers don't have rights , before handing the account over there is a process which must be taken and I will not pay their lawyers that amount of money that's a reap off , I owed them an invoice of 2450 as per the email coming from them but now I have to pay more that 4000 for someone who didn't do their job properly , me and those doctors will meet at the court of law I am not going to be treated like that , I will never pay
I am totally shocked with the blatant lies that you have published. Your claim was submitted to the medical aid on 4/9/2013. Discovery informed you on the 4/9/2013 that your funds were depleted and that you are liable for the account. On 7/11/2013, we again sent you a notice of the outstanding account. On 10/12/2013, we contacted you personally. On 9/1/2014, a final notice was sent to you. We once again contacted you personally on the 3/2/2014 as well as sent you a copy of the invoice. On 10/3/2014, another demand was sent to you. You were handed over to the attorneys on the 5/5/2014. Discovery sends all members a notification of claim details confirming payments made and not made to the relevant doctors. All calls and e-mails are on a logger on our system.
