Stay away from this service provider at Flora Hospital go anywhere else

These people have an absolute disdain for their clients. I have never been treated so disrepectfully over the phone in my life. The talk over you and wont let you finish sentences to the point where you actually loose it because you cant make your point or explain the situation. Do not use these people. I went in for Xrays and medical aid covered it. They later stated that the medical aid did not pay and I am liable. Appart from their horrific service and poor admin they couldn't even provide me with the correct information, they kept sending the wrong patient information. Which is in contravention of the POPI act if i might add. I eventually paid and still they keep sending letters of demand and then tell me its the post offices fault. I wish the lady I spoke with all the ill will in the world
