Refund Please!!!

<p>I had a CT scan done on the 19.3.2017 and by the 21.3.2017 I was already phoned three times (while I was still @ hospital) to come pay the co-payment of R1 892.00 - the amount was paid and on the 25.5.2017 my authorisation was updated to PMB (meaning the account should be paid in full by my medical aid). The full payment was made to Dr va Rensburg practise on the 31.5.2017 and I have had to make follow ups for my refund (of go-payment) and not getting any joy - having to deal with arrrogant to *********** staff. I demand that my money is paid to me with immediate effect as they were quick to get their co-payment and take this long to pay back.</p>
