Lack of patient service/empathy

The radiology department at Wilgeheuwel can take some time and learn from the radiology department at Milpark hospital. In all my dealings with them I found the attitude of the staff appalling. You are not doing anyone a favour by helping them, no one chooses to go to the radiology department cause they have nothing else to do. In all essence you not this highly qualified body and can easily be replaced. But keep in mind what you sow you will reap and surely you will receive in ample volumes
