disguising heartless behavior

I was seriously appalled by their behavior , my son was in hospital in August this year. They came back to me with demands for payments on x-rays that the medical aid didn't cover now. After 4 month. paying for that is fine. Then demanding payment on a x-ray my Late husband had done in 2017. My husband passed away in Feb 2019. His been gone for nearly 3 years . How am I suppose to check proof of payment when his account has been closed for 3 years and then they were rude with me. Demanding to know why the medical aid is active still if he is dead. I changed the medical aid to my name when he died. So lying to me about promised payment and now accusing me of lying about my husbands death. To be so cruel! Rip open old wounds right at Christmas.
