Refused to accept Medical Aid sports benefit which was pre-approved and said I need to pay and claim back from medical aid. After payment was made, they said they COULD NOT produce a receipt and that I would need to wait for ONE WEEK for one to be sent. Now I sit without food until payday!!! No sympathy, no service.
