Beware: No Refunds

<p>On 31 August 2016 I called Van Rensburg & Partners to get a statement for the MRI I had done on 17 March 2016 for tax purposes. On the day I had the MRI done I was told to make a co-payment of R2,750, which I did. When I called them on 31 August I was informed that Discovery had paid in full and that I will get a refund of the R2,750. This is also indicated on the statement.</p> <p> </p> <p>What concerns me is that if I hadn't called THEM, would I have ever received my refund? They kept my money for 5 months!!! So I want to let people know to phone them to check if you should have received a refund for a co-payment while on a medical aid. I doubt I am the only person this has happened to. </p>
